I would not recommend Ronnie Sanchez for any type of renovations, floors, or painting as his area of specialty is really pipes and boiler repair. I had used him in the past to install my new stove with the overhead and it was correct. However, he did a below-average job of the painting and complained that he had to "scrape" the wall areas and it still came out bad. He is sloppy --he does not bring his own supplies such as coverings for your personal property, tape, garbage bags and he makes a mess (see attached photos) as well as he leaves dirty fingerprints all over the place. He used my dining area rug for this workstation. He (or his guys) put a big dent into my refrigerator and tried to make it look like it was there -- it was not. I just spent an hour cleaning up my good hardwood floors (which he and his guys scratched up) and left filthy. He also did not do the kitchen floor end grouting area right and I'll have to get someone else to fix his mess. He also charged me more than he quoted. He's looking for "quick work" and "quick money" ......and on the fly. Do not use this guy for any type of renovations and he is not thorough with his work renovations and will make a mess and maybe even damage things as he did with my property - he also acted like he was doing me a favor by even showing up. With renovations, things should be meticulous and correct and quality -- you get what you pay for with contractors and this was a waste of my money. Lessons learned. read more
