Who would've thought we'd find an authentic Banh mi place in the middle of Wisconsin?! This truly brought me back to my childhood. Crunchy, toasty French bread with layers of protein, pate, veggies. Different textures of crunch and softness along with sweet tones and saltiness to really take your taste buds on a ride! This couldn't get more authentic. They bake their bread fresh in house too. Also tried their mi dish (crunchy noodles). Could be crunchier but they did add egg to it which kept it more moist but an interesting take. Plenty of sauce and meat ratio. Overall fresh and tasty. Prices are a bit on the higher side but well worth the flavors and portion size. We will absolutely be back to try other items on the menu! Happy eating! read more
