When I told the owner they ruined our couch and mishandled other items he purposely ignored us and has not offered to fix what they ruined . My family has used him more than SEVERAL TIMES over the years. Our couch was in immaculate shape until they apparently stuffed it sideways on its end and got some type of stains on it while moving it. Our TVs were just thrown in the storage unit sideways. They were NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL When we reported the damages to the owner he ignored us and played games on a post I posted on my personal page asking for help finding movers. We were looking for other moving companies because of the HORRIBLE job that was done and due to the fact that in the past a worker at Road Runners got caught digging through my grandmother's purse. It seems like he doesn't appreciate or value his customers or take HIS customers complaints seriously. Right is right and wrong is wrong period. I don't understand why someone who is supposed to be professional would treat people who pay them good money that way and not want to fix their mistakes. He also called me about two hours ahead of the scheduled time and told me they were on the way because he didn't want his workers standing around on his watch doing nothing. I am assuming he wanted them to be standing around on our time doing nothing instead... We were EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND DISSATISFIED WITH THE WAY OUR BELONGINGS WERE DAMAGED AND HOW RUDELY WE WERE TREATED AND BLATANTLY IGNORED when we brought it to the owners attention WITH photo evidence of some of the damages. I'm a firm believer in God and karma so I will trust the powers that be will handle this situation better than they did!!
