I had a terrible experience at Roberta's in St. Simons Island. I tried to return a brand-new dress (with tags still on) and simply exchange it for the same dress in a different size. The smaller sizes were hanging right there on the rack, yet the older woman working in the store was unbelievably rude and refused to let me make the exchange. She kept saying she has worked there for 25 years and the owner would not allow her to do an exchange ! I find that hard to believe Her attitude was dismissive, unkind, and completely unnecessary. I was a loyal customer who has spent thousands of dollars there on their big resin mermaids, but after the way I was treated, I will never shop here again.
