DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO END UP WITH A MESS. The office manager Cassidy is a gem. She is wonderful. However, the technicians do shoddy work. They left one window in our waterfront home a disaster. After discussing this with the owner, Andy, and giving him the opportunity to correct the problem, his worker came to our house and painted over the caulk instead of removing the two plus inches of caulk the other worker put up. The first worker caulked the wires to the outside of the house two inches from the shutter frame before we noticed it. As that wasn't up to code and looked ridiculous, we asked him to fix it. He tried the best he could but did not have the knowledge or ability to perform the job he was attempting to do. We have had to hire other people to remove the caulk. Thank God we were repainting our house because otherwise we would never had been able to match the color that was going to have to be painted over the excess caulk that they could not remove. We ended up paying basically for someone to spend the majority of their time at our house attempting but never correcting a problem they created. read more
