So worth the regular seasonal trek to Hood River to be transported back to Italy! Maria's wonderfully fresh and authentic cuisine is delectable, Romul's wine pairings are perfect and Dominic's service is always over the top. I'm so thankful they're so near Portland and easy to get to seasonally or more frequently. I appreciate their offerings are seasonal and local and fresh, but even moreso that it is the nearest thing to being back in Italy this side of the Mississippi, right here in our own back yard. Their fish is always light and fresh, their sauces are wonderfully balanced, their pasta is freshly made to perfection. This little gem is a family favorite!
