I recently organized a corporate fundraiser to benefit childhood cancer research, and Rossetti made a very kind donation despite the fact I hadn't ever dined there. Wanting to give them my business for their generosity, I suggested to my parents that we give them a try for dinner this past Friday night prior to seeing a show at the Cabot. All I can say is wow -- everything here is truly superb! The ambience, decor, service, and food were all exceptional. We were particularly impressed by the way the entire crew seemed to operate like a well-oiled machine. Service by our waitress, Claudia, was wonderful and timely, and the everything going by from both the kitchen and the bar looked artfully crafted and delicious. We all thoroughly enjoyed our shared appetizer and individual meals. It was apparent that each dish had been made with very high quality ingredients -- simple enough that each one shined but still complex and wonderful in flavor. The manager, Toni, even came over to check on us and recognized me as the person she mailed their donation to when I introduced myself. I thought that was so nice.
