This was my first time getting Row's Roll. My brother has always recommended the lumpia from here. I went to the Lathrop food truck plaza today in hopes to get some lumpia. The truck wasn't open but the door to get into the truck was open so we asked if they were opening soon or closing...they were closing for the day as they had an event somewhere else, BUT the lady was so sweet she still made us 2 orders of lumpia along with an Ube Lemonade and Ube Horchata. Both drinks were perfect, not overly sweet and the perfect amount of Ube flavor. The lumpia is crispy with a delicious flavorful filling. And she threw in a spam musubi for us to try which was cooked perfectly and the sauce had a good flavor. Hands down the best experience at the Lathrop food plaza ever.
