What I ordered last year and what they delivered were totally different arrangements. I found out because a photo of the delivered flowers was sent to me. I ordered the Premium flowers, and what was received was less than the Standard arrangement. And their prices are at least $20.00 more than Teleflora. So, what I paid for the arrangement was more than $50.00 more than I would have paid at Teleflora for the exact same item. Roxana uses the same item numbers and the same photos. It is embarrassing when a friend receives something that is small, dried up, and scraggly-looking. I paid $113.14 for the arrangement from Roxana; this year it costs $78.55 from Teleflora (Premium). $34.59 more. But what was delivered wasn't the Premium.
