I ordered a premium flower arrangement and a large fruit and tea basket. Unfortunately, neither item met my expectations. I was disappointed because it was for my grandmother's 80th birthday. I couldn't fly to see her due to COVID-19, so I wanted to send something special instead. I ended up calling to request a discount (I wanted to be charged for the standard arrangement and smaller basket), but the manager didn't want to discount anything at all. After a long discussion, they ended up refunding $15, which means my total was still about $200. I just don't think the delivered items were worth $200. I'll post pictures of what I ordered and what was actually delivered for comparison. And I'm sorry we didn't get the Thomas Kinkade vase either (the vase depicted in the order was supposed to have a Thomas Kinkade picture on it). read more
