I placed my order with Alicia at the Rubio's Coastal Grill for my lunch today. My order includes a 2 Pollock Fish Tacos Especial Plate with Refried Beans with Tortilla Chips. Then I ordered one regular size cup of Iced Tea. My total cost $11.00. Today is Taco Tuesday! This Pollock Fish is deep fried with breading mix and is crunchy on the outside and is a huge piece of fish and tender and flaky on the inside. These Pollock Fish Tacos are so delicious and healthy! The Refried Beans are small size container and very tasty and filling. Also the Tortilla Chips are crispy and have not Salted. The customer service I received from Alicia was very friendly and helpful to me. This Rubio's Coastal Grill was very busy today during the lunch hour. I also wanted to mention that Rubio's Coastal Grill was celebrating a 9 year old girl's Birthday yesterday at 1 PM she was with her father only . I saw Alicia the server walked over to their table they were sitting at the next table over on the left side from me. Alicia brought this child a one Chocolate Fudge Brownie with one candle on it. Then Alicia asked all their customers to sing the Happy Birthday to You song. Everyone was singing this song then when we finished singing everyone clapped in happiness for this Birthday girl. I noticed her father gave his daughter a silver necklace for her birthday gift. Alicia gave this 9 year old girl as a gift a stuffed Taco Toy it had a face and a smile on it. It was cute! Rubio's Coastal Grill does celebrate their customers Birthday. That's great for me to know. I will definitely come back here again soon. Rubio's is a fun atmosphere to dine inside this restaurant. read more
