Robert was SO extremely nice when installing my Ring camera for me. I had tried installing it with my drill and it would not go through my pillar at all. I thought it was metal hahah but Robert was kind enough to explain to me how it was brick and a very large layer of plaster which was why it took so long to drill through. During the whole process he would explain to me exactly what he was doing. I would definitely recommend Robert to anybody read more
