I've been going to Ruby Nail spa for about 2 years now and it's been pretty good but yesterday I got a pedicure and the first red flag was that the lady that I've never seen there before took more than an hour to do my pedicure and I got the basic pedicure nothing special. Then I realize she starts applying too many coats of gel but didn't think nothing of it. Today when I was showering I realized that the gel had came off and that they looked way too thick. Mind the service was $62 for a signature pedicure the most basic one and on top of that I left a $10 tip. Why ? I don't know I didn't realize how bad they were until today. I called and they told me to come in whenever I could and I said well can I Just get French tip instead to avoid it being as thick and peeling and the guy on the phone said "oh yes you can come in but it will just be a additional $7 for French tip" don't get my wrong I'll pay for it if I have to but seriously!
