When there was too long of a wait at a salon down the street, I found this one and was able to walk right in. The two ladies who greeted me were enthusiastic and welcoming and offered me a drink. It's those little things that make an experience special. It turned out that my nails were in rough shape and needed to be removed. (I kind of suspected that already, so I don't think they were trying to pull one over on me.) So I settled in for a long service...and it ended up being about the same amount of time I would have spent for a regular fill. She was efficient. The lady who did my nails was kind and we were able to have small exchanges through our different languages. She checked in frequently to make sure I was happy with my nails and genuinely seemed to care that I was satisfied. Then, when we realized that the shade of red I selected wasn't quite right, she happily pulled a few other options and made a recommendation that was perfect.
