So we went in for my daughters prom just wanting some manicures and pedicures so she would be all pampered up for it. The people doing the pedicures were so sweet and they did them perfectly with no comments from us and everyone else in the building was nice. However,(i personally didn't get my nails done) when my daughter went to get her nails done she showed them a very specific picture that she wanted and what they gave her was just completely unexpected. The shaping and color was off and they did zero cuticle care(even when she had asked for it) and then the gel they put on didn't even cover some of her full nails; and on top of that, both of the pinky nails look like they are not even on her finger. The picture on the left is what she asked for and the pictures on the right is what she got(keep in mind they were taken not even 20 minutes after we left) Therefore, she and I will not be going back for any type of manicure. read more
