I was looking for a mobile dog grooming service in my area because with my work schedule right now, getting to and from a groomers is just an extra chore that I don't have the time for. Ruby Roo's grooming was the first to respond to my Yelp request, and was able to get me in the next morning! I'm beyond impressed with the grooming service my dog received here! This was his first time being groomed by Ruby Roo's grooming, and naturally I was a little nervous, but Sara made it such a wonderful experience. From the moment she came to pick up my dog she was friendly, professional, on time, and made sure to address all of my concerns. Her confidence really put my mind at ease, so I let her do her thing! Once he was all done, I couldn't believe how gorgeous he looked! His coat was perfectly trimmed, fluffy, he smelled amazing, and she even added a cute little bow! She even paid attention to the little details, like cleaning his ears, cutting around his eyes, and trimming his nails, which I really really appreciated. You can tell that Sara clearly cares about the well-being and comfort of the dogs they work with. I could tell my pup was in great hands the entire time! In fact, a few hours after, I received the cutest picture of my dog that I have ever seen! I am actually still in awe at how she got him to take the picture! It is such a sweet thing to have! It's clear she has a lot of experience, and I trust her completely with my dog's grooming needs moving forward. As a matter of fact, I already had her come back out the next day because my mom also wanted her pup to look just as amazing as mine! (Which he did!)
