Aahhh the sweetness of life!! Ruby's 2.0 was at the Ho'olaule'a & Car Show at Wai Kai in Ewa Beach, and what a fun place to hold such event. As I browsed around I did notice Ruby's constant line and interest and seeing it was a sweet treat decided to hold off for later as this holds a special place in the belly that we somehow always have room for lol! I embraced the moment they had a break in the crowd as the entertainment started to capture many attention, it was very difficult to get a pic of this super cute truck all decked out with wide eyed fruits and let me tell you it was worth the wait! The usual finds of cupcakes, slushies and açaí bowls are found here though what you don't see and probably got many attention are the stuffed strawberries (cookie butter, Oreo and Cream Cheese), Shortbread Tarts, Truffles, Dipped Strawberries, Churro Bowls (which I really wanted to get) and what I got was Parfaits. This fun sweet cup is filled with various fruits and/or sweets layered between whipped cream is the perfect handheld treat... - Strawberry and Oreo - Strawberry and Banana - Peanut butter and Banana - Oreo and Banana - Shortbread and Strawberry so many choices but it was Strawberry and Oreo for me and the look is quite simple but what a perfect bite of sweetness of the strawberries married with the whipped cream and cookie crumbles was just the perfect treat.
