Visited ruby scoops ! It's a black owned business in RVA ! They sell dairy and not dairy Ice cream and sherbet . The business was very nicely decorated and definitely gave it a feel of old school ice cream shop . They have ice cream cones , milkshakes and scoops . The service was very welcoming and very helpful too , I felt right at home . I ordered half dozen scoop . Vanilla, red velvet cake ice cream, tea and lemon aid sherbet , passion fruit and guava . I'm not even going to lie the tea and lemon sherbet was a 10/10 . That should be a drink if it's not already. The red velvet was really good too .
