Ruby Tuesday's has always been my mom's go-to spot, so we decided to head there on Sunday, and it did not disappoint. The dining area was comfortable and not overly crowded, which made for a relaxed meal. Our server, Courtney, was incredibly upbeat and friendly--honestly, she alone deserves five stars. Her enthusiasm and great service set the tone right away and made the experience even better. I ordered the trio with steak, shrimp, and ribs. While the steak came out closer to medium rare than the medium I ordered, it was still enjoyable. The ribs were the real standout--literally falling off the bone--and the shrimp were fried to a perfect golden brown. We also took advantage of a two-for-one margarita, which was made very nicely, and a BOGO deal that worked out great. We finished the meal with a cookie sundae and left the restaurant stuffed and satisfied. Best of all was seeing the smile on my mom's face after visiting her favorite place.
