I took the intro class at Rumble Boxing with Kahlyl and loved it. It was a high-intensity, full-body workout that mixed boxing rounds with strength training, so my heart rate stayed up the entire time.
What I appreciated most was learning proper boxing techniques-stance, guard, and how to throw clean jabs, crosses, hooks, and uppercuts.
