The food was very good. Visually appealing, for sure! My only complaints are that the iced tea had a terrible taste. My other complaint was what seemed to be a limited number of ingredients available to make rolls. It seemed like nearly every roll had either spicy crab, spicy tuna, or smoked salmon. Not sure if that is by choice or by regulations.
With that being said, the eel nigiri was wonderful, as were the Caterpiller and the Dragon Rolls. two of the few rolls that were the exception to my complaint above. Didn't care for the flavor of the spicy crab on the Williams roll.
The service was great! Very attentive and understanding. read more
