I've been wanting to order an item from this place ever since they opened and it's taken me awhile, but I saw my opportunity when they had a special order price on leather monogram bands. However the experience isn't what I expected, nor what I wanted. I'm not sure what is happening at this place, but they are very disorganized. 2 ordered now and the customization on each item was horrifically wrong. Dare I call again? No I'll save that for another customer. It's not worth the trouble to me. Overall I'd give it a 2 star rating, but they tried half way. To me that's not trying correctly, but Chris made a C effort. My dad said if you can't give a A effort than why waste anyone's time trying at all. Meantime the 3 gifts I ordered were not satisfactory. My advise stick to something your not customizing special order. They are great at what's on hand. They cut off the rest of the phrase on order correction saying they didn't have the information on the phrase as the ordering time for that item expired.
