We hired rustic river services on on 03/31 to fix our fridge.. we paid him $65 for the diagnosis which he said our fan was broken. He came by and said before he couldnt truly diagnose it until we needed to unplug our fridge for at least 24 hours to make sure the fan was frozen.. We did exactly what he said , we had the fan unfrozen and he came out a week later (at no charge) and said the fan was not working. He then diagnosed the fridge with bad fan and states the fan would be $187.42 with $100 labor fee (which we paid)...i was totally fine paying it. He then ordered the part and came back and installed it at which it still didn't work.. we reached out to him again and stated that it still wasn't working and he said it's probably the temp sensor (which he stated he would replaced at no charge bc it went included in original dx). He said he used his tools and it was cooling perfectly (he was only in the house for 10 min so he couldn't even tell if my fridge had even cooled down, he also did something to the sensors where my fridge said it was 31 degrees) I knew when he left he was full of shit, my fridge spoiled milk so fast and he said when he left It was cooling. Once again I gave him the benefit of the doubt and gave it an entire 24 hrs I texted him after that and said "my fridge still isn't cooling what can we do about a refund" He has yet to reply, thank god for my bank who is disputing it as we have all the proof Dont use rustic river services read more
