We've been meaning to stop in for a while but just couldn't make it happen. The stars aligned and we were finally able to make it in for dinner. I think they were catering to a Christmas party in the back, so it was super busy. It took just a little bit for a table to open up, but we were able to have drinks in the pool room while we waited. The waitress were all very nice and so helpful. They checked on us often and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was really good. I had a cheeseburger and fries. The patty was huge! It was very flavorful and juicy. The fries were crispy and seasoned well. Hubby had the chicken fried steak. I think it was hand battered and was delicious. The gravy was thick and creamy. My in-laws enjoyed their meals also. I did taste the mac n cheese. It was really cheesy and was a nice sized portion. We had a great time and great meal. We will definitely be back! read more
