I am the designer and also the client, this tile was ordered for my home. I explained this to Shelley Harper when I placed the order. Chris H has never contacted me despite claiming that he was not allowed to speak to the client. I requested help from this business multiple times, sent numerous emails and videos to the rep, Shelley Harper, and never received a response from management nor was I given their direct email or contact information, or even a name of anyone in management.
