I was off on a Monday, so I thought I'd try a local business. My luck, they had two dollars off all Burgers. I was in the mood for some blue cheese so I got a black and blue burger, along with their little ditties they call twister fries. The burger was nice and fresh, cooked to a medium, and it came on a nice brioche bun. The blue cheese had an awesome twang, along with the blackened burger seasoning. The fries were super hot and crispy and had a good potato flavor. I also added some grilled onions, because I was in the mood for something oniony as well.
