He completed half of my tattoo in the first session, after which I paid him the full $400 he agreed to plus a $100 tip, and we scheduled a follow up meeting to complete the tattoo for no additional money. He cancelled the next appointment the night before the appointment was scheduled, and it took over a week to get any response at all to get the appointment back on the calendar. He then cancelled on me 3 more times (4 cancellations total) over the next 2 months to complete my tattoo. I then went to his shop at the time he cancelled to see if there was any truth to his excuse that he couldn't make the appointment, and he was there prepping to tattoo another client. I demanded to have my already-completely-paid-for tattoo completed that day, or for Ryan to give me back half of my money for the tattoo back plus the tip I gave him ($300 total). He told me to come back at 5:00 and he would have my money for me. I video-recorded the entire exchange in case I needed to take him to court (which I will be). When I got there at 5:00, the shop was locked up and closed, Ryan was not there, and he left a print out of a hand giving the middle finger for me on the door!!! (Picture also included) I will be taking him to small claims court over this. Never use Ryan Hadley for anything. He stole from me, and does not have any respect for his clients' time or money.
