Excellent
I'm guessing it was boring last time we went here a decade ago? We will be back, for sure.
The ambiance is warm and comfortable.
I ordered the khoresh-e fesenjoon, a Persian sweet and sour chicken stew with pomegranate, walnut and fried onion, served with saffron rice & Lebanese cabbage slaw. I don't know what makes the slaw Lebanese, but it was good. The whole thing was just excellent.
Hubby ordered seasonal mushroom gnocchi with a porcini infused cream sauce. It was so savory with so much flavor, total umami fest.
All in all, it was a wonderful dinner. I look forward to returning soon. read more
