##allaboutdabass Opening parties abound and we have a ton of kit to sound check at various clubs so have checked in to a swim up at Ushuaïa for a base but no way was i going to miss another visit to Ginger. Now in to its second year, seems like the usual start of season staffing has introduced a bout of hiccups but the service cannot impact the ambiance one tiny jot. Most come here for Sa Punta or Patchwork but they do not sate the palate like Ginger. Their offering of Asian fusion is a perfect fit to Ibiza nights along with cava cocktails and some Samba chill. I guarantee the teriyaki tartar, foie gras sushi or crumble crab with yuzu & the Ceviche is stupendous as is the Sashimi de Atun Rojo.
