It was time for a new mattress! We had a great experience at the Saatva showroom in Paramus. The showroom itself is really nice - clean, comfortable, and set up in a way that makes it easy to take your time and actually compare options without feeling rushed. My wife and I spent a good amount of time trying different models, including Firm, Luxury Firm, Plush Soft, and Latex. The Firm was too firm for me, and the Latex didn't work for my wife's shoulder (as a side sleeper). My wife ended up liking the Plush Soft the best, with the Luxury Firm being a close second. It was really helpful to lie on each option for a while and feel the differences rather than guessing online. The staff was great across the board. Hannah was the perfect sales assistant! She was knowledgeable, patient, and not pushy at all. When she had to step away for a bit, other staff members were more than willing to jump in and help, which made the experience feel well supported and easy. I also appreciated some of the small but thoughtful touches. They provide sanitary covers for both the beds and pillows that you can take with you as you move around the showroom, and they had complimentary mints and water available. Little things, but they add to the overall experience. We ultimately went with a Split King, and the pricing was very competitive thanks to a 15% promotion (plus email signup discount). They also offer free haul away of old mattress, a lengthy trial period and good return policy. Overall, such a great experience here. I should've stayed longer and taken as nap!
