Came here for items that were on sale. I am quite frugal when grocery shopping and compare weekly circulars like it's nobody's business. Safeway was once a staple in shopping for me, but l only shop here when there are enough sale items to justify the visit. This location on Rt. 40 West is always well stocked with the items I come for, but in the instance they don't have it, I have no issues getting a raincheck from the customer service desk. They are also a market that has a loyalty program, which is worth signing up.as most of their sale items require a loyalty card to get the discount price.
