The employees get in line and follow. Where knowledge is lacking on both sides, Management and employees must not have barriers asking for explanations and what problems they are having. If management gets behind the employees, the employees will follow and it will be a great place. Honest clear minds to start. I can't work in a place where my job is unfairly threatened at all times.
