So I had some issues ordering a cake only because the ladies who helped me weren't cake decorators and they wanted me to follow up with the bakery to make sure I got what I wanted. The day before I was supposed to pick the cake up I went back in person and it was the same lady who helped me the first time. Customer service staff also promised to assist - this was for a retirement party for a 42+ year career in criminal Justice. The cake turned out AMAZING!
