It's a nice location one star. Friendly staff is the second star. Minus 3 stars for not price matching with competitors just down the street. If you want customers to shop here price match with a competitor flyer would be nice. Food prices have gone up so your looking for the best price on food. I would have done all the shipping here but as you figured out, I went else where. Only bought Cheese and 4 pop at 99 cents each. I ended up going down the road where they do price matching, so long you have the sales flyer and they carry the exact item. They gave me my price match on the 4 items Hienz BBQ sauce 67 cents each and Bush beans $1.47 per can. and ended up spending over $200.00 for groceries I needed. That could have been at Safeway. It's not like I was coupon shopping!!! Just flyer sales from local businesses. I won't be shopping at Safeway any more. No Frills and Walmart it is from now on. I'm sure Safeway doesn't care they have been around for decades. :-/ By the way, there was hardly anyone shopping in the store. read more
