Sage cleaners recently changed management and has turned for the worse. I would have given it zero stars but gave it one star only because of the friendliness of the front desk staff who have been pleasant and concerned. As far as the managers, for ALMOST A MONTH I have tried to reach management and owners in hopes to file a damage claim for a dress that was ruined after they dried cleaned it. I stopped by at least four times, left several messages with staff who texted the managers, as I was hoping someone would return my calls--which i never received. Finally today, I was was able to find a number to another one of their cleaning stores which I was finally able to speak to Barbara, the manager. Barbara was snarly and rude. She did her best to talk over me and fast talk me. She refused to acknowledge that she was liable for the damages and blames the manufacturer. My gold dress looks as if the steam or machine was too hot and just melted the color away. I've used this cleaner every month for the past three years and have recommended it to my family and friends who have all decided that we will no longer be using their services EVER AGAIN. read more
