Salata...first visit but will not be my last. Salata is located off lower Roswell Rd in the Providence Square Shopping Center. It is located in the far right end of the center near Sprouts and Chili's. The business is easily visible from the street. The staff was friendly and explained how it all worked. The salad ingredients are fresh and many options to choose from. There were many protein options such as chicken, steak, seafood, and vegetarian as well. I was able to sample the protein I wanted and salad dressing before adding to my salad. I didn't try one of the lemonades but will next time. Large salad $10.90 and small $9.90. Protein is extra. It comes with croutons or crossaint. It was a nice portion size, so I had half for lunch and half for dinner. Definitely worth it. read more
