Could there be nicer people in a dry cleaners? Maybe. But I haven't had to find out. I've been impressed with the quality of the work and customer service here. Although I've been here infrequently, she seems to remember me. At least I hope she's remembering me in a good way instead of the me in a crisis mode of "gahhhhhhh.... help!!!!... no way can I clean this mess myself. Make it go away please". Saltbox Valet can also hem your pants, skirts, etc. and do mending if you ask or if they see an issue. They also have a regular laundry service. If you have an emergency, they can probably help. If there's a certain day you must have your items back, tell them. I've been asked on each visit for the day I want my things ready -- and they've always been ready at that time.
