Quinte Mall has a Sam and a Sunrise Records. Count 'em! It has two music stores. Yay! As soon as I saw this Sam store, I walked over without even thinking. Off to the left was an impressive selection of record players. I was in heaven! Each one had a sign that said to seek staff for assistance and to not touch anything. The higher-end models were at $550. I spent quite some time marvelling at them. The record section is equally as impressive. I wish that vinyl records were more affordable, but they aren't. Most records were on sale, which was helpful. I loved browsing. I am glad that Sam is kicking around. It's forty years old! Here's to at least forty more. (346) read more
