6/2/2024 update: Sam and his contractors stopped trying to fix it. No response, I think they gave up. Let the pictures speak for the quality of the work: loose fence wiring, broken tiles, unfastened posts, missing grout, gaps, glue stains, etc. Note he has been paid 99% for the job. read more
