I bought the samsonite luggage in November of 2014. I've used it to travel to Thailand 3 times. The 2nd time the handle screw backed out of extendible stem and I forgot about it for my 3rd trip and that was a huge mistake as only having 1 stem connected to the handle makes it hard to pull. After calling customer service, they want me to drive 2 hours to an approved service center or mail the luggage. If it wasn't for that crew backing out it would get 5 stars but being that a handle on rolling luggage is pretty important makes it very hard to use and deserving of 1 star. Hopefully they change the design but be careful before purchasing this expensive luggage because 1 screw coming out will literally ruin your vacation because you can't move your luggage around. read more
