Someone compared it to a motel, which in my opinion is very unfair. The only thing "motel-like" about it is that all the single rooms are on the ground level. When I hear "motel", I think cheap. This place is anything but! The rooms are extremely clean, wonderfully appointed, and the patios outside the rooms are beautifully landscaped with walls separating each patio from the one next to it. The rooms are comfortable with updated furniture, a Keurig, small refrigerator and microwave, a very large TV, a beautiful large walk-in shower, and an electric fireplace.
