Sanchez Tacos was recommended to me by a friend, so I came in with high expectations. I ordered lengua and asada tacos with both green and red chile. The red chile was spicy and delicious, but the green chile was bland and lacked heat. The tacos were evenly portioned, but the meat was under-seasoned; I really wished they had added more flavor. The total came out to a little over $30 for both plates, which felt pricey for a food truck. I expected a bit more for the cost. On the positive side, the cashier was very nice and friendly, which made the experience more enjoyable. As for the ambiance not much can be said since it's outside in a parking lot area. read more
