Sango Construction was the subcontractor handling my kitchen cabinet installation for Zothex Inc. in late 2023. The first installer was unable to measure the walls, required appliance spacing, and cabinet placement correctly. The cabinets he nailed into place had to be removed and reinstalled by the owner. The first installer also used the wrong type of saw to make cuts in the cabinetry for outlets, causing jagged splintered wood which could not be hidden by outlet covers. The corrections caused a delay of one month. After the owner corrected the first installers work, he was supposed to return for finishing work and crown molding, but was a "no call, no show" for three separate appointments over the course of three weeks. Ultimately, Sango Construction bailed on the job and never returned. Zothex told me to find a new contractor to finish the job. This was time-consuming and we were unable to finish our project before the holidays.
