Brought family so there were quite a variety of dishes ordered. The Ribeye steak was ok, but they left the silver skin on it which makes it tougher to cut and chew. The flavor was good, but you could tell the meat was middling quality. I had a taco salad with grilled salmon which was good and moist. Salmon had good flavor, it was not overly seasoned. I wish they had used some other types of lettuce rather than iceberg. The others had a Sirloin steak, which didn't look great to me. It looked like a chopped steak. Another had a New York Strip. One thing that I did notice that was unacceptable, was one of the side orders, was cinnamon apples. Served a bowl of apple pie filling with 3 very small apple slices.
