Sav a tree is awful at communicating and follow up. We had an arborist visit our house because we had a tree infected with kermes scale and wanted to have it treated in August. Because of the type of infection it had to be treated before the end of September. The arborist never gave a quote. We called the office and spoke with numerous people who would tell us Cody the arborist isn't good at his job and lead us to think someone would get back to us and have our tree treated but never followed through. It's really disappointing having this experience and sad to see our tree slowly die. I would not recommend using sav a tree to anyone because they could not act with professionalism and ultimately lied repeatedly making us miss the window to treat our tree even with another company.
