First time at Schat's in Minden but love the Carson city store so tried for lunch! This bakery seems bigger with a lot of variety and I always ask for gluten free and not disappointed with the selection! Almond cookies and chocolate dipped macarons are my favorite! We ordered at the window and got the Mammoth BlT with fries to share, plenty for two unless you have a huge appetite! Old buildings here with tons of charm, enjoyed lunch and the drive here! read more
