Loved our experience NYE at Schwa. Very intimate restaurant (looked to accommodate around 24 or so), and we dug the ambiance - from the decor to the music selection, it was right up our alley. Back of house is also front of house so we loved that we served by the hands that prepared it. Tasting menu was on point - every dish was packed with flavor, with several courses being stand outs. Whether it was because it was fun to eat, or the concept was super cool, or the taste was knocked out of the park, we genuinely enjoyed the entire experience. It's a BYOB establishment, so my husband and I dropped my champagne off earlier in the day. We also dropped off a bottle of Elijah Craig for the back of house. Back of house ended up sharing it with guests to toast at midnight. My husband and I loved that we got to play a part in the NYE celebration.
