Scout's Cafe (N. Limestone) was a wonderful experience and exactly the kind of coffee shop atmosphere my friend and I were looking for. Since it's located downtown, parking can be a little more challenging, but that's to be expected and was well worth it. The staff was one of the highlights of our visit. The girls working were friendly, personable, and very knowledgeable about the menu. They took the time to answer questions and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we walked in. As two moms meeting for coffee with young children, we especially appreciated that they offered smoothies for the kids. While the flexible/ inclusive seating options at this location were somewhat limited, the space was so warm, inviting, and thoughtfully designed that it didn't matter. The atmosphere felt comfortable and welcoming, making it easy to settle in and enjoy our time together. Great drinks, great service, and a cozy environment that encourages you to stay awhile.
