3.5 - This is a breakfast/brunch spot located in downtown Arlington heights. There is street parking available and there are a few lots a couple blocks away. All their items are locally produced which I love. I tried the salted honey chai latte which was pretty tasty. For food I had the avocado citrus toast which was very unique and something I wouldn't think of putting together and it was soooo good. I highly recommend the avocado citrus toast. This is on the pricier side with small portions. I understand it's higher quality however I think the portions are just too small. Service was great - the person at the host stand was very kind and seated us right away. Our server explained that their menu is constantly updating pending what's available from the local markets.
