I've been to this studio a few times, but I returned because they hosted an autism awareness event for the community and autism parents. It truly was an experience. The room was scorching hot, be ready to sweat. I'm glad I knew to bring a towel to wipe myself down on top of my mat towel. The materials are easily accessible and they offer a ton of after care products. During this special event there was a coffee/matcha treat after that wasn't expected so that was a great surprise. The staff is super accommodating, kind, and truly love what they've done. So proud to have more awareness to autism through this fitness movement. read more
